Having spent more than two decades in senior creative roles within the BBC, Dave maintains his passion for directing, where he can craft exceptional stories first-hand.

He has been instrumental in developing some of the BBC’s most famous documentary brands, in Arts, History and Science, including Horizon and The Culture Show.

Dave is known for his clear, efficient narratives and combined with his eye for high-impact, cinematic visuals, he is able to navigate subjects which many consider difficult to tackle with a lightness of touch.
